Private and Group Sessions

A private session allows you the opportunity to experience a deeper level of coaching and specialized techniques than can be accessed in a group. In this setting I am able to personalize a program that addresses exactly what you will need to implement the goals in your life.

The focus of a group session is set by the participants on a specific area of interest. Some themes from past groups include “Relationships—getting what you really want and loving it,” “How to know who I really am,” “Working smarter and together” and “Goal setting and achievement.”

Private Sessions:

• First session: 2 hours - $165.00
• Continuing sessions: 1 hour - $90.00
